Poet and essayist Kay Gabriel curates our seventh week of Radical Poetry Readings, featuring Dagan Brown, Amy De’Ath, Brendan Joyce, Wendy Trevino, and Adjua Gargi Nzinga Greaves.
Each Wednesday leading up to the election, a guest curator will invite 6 poets they admire to read poems that have been instructive to their practice alongside works of their own in the hopes of opening up a political conscious that is free from the boundaries set by today's status quo. Throughout American history, poetry has helped give word and structure to possible, better futures and we believe that there will be no revolution without it.
